Biography
Caroline Manville is a Full Professor specialising in Human Resource Management. Caroline previously served as the Department Head, Human Resource Management as well as the Programme Head for the Master in Human Resource Management (First Year) and the Programme Head for the Master in Human Resource Management (Second Year, Work-Study Programme).
Her research focuses on work behaviors and specifically on the themes of organizational justice, trust, organizational commitment and occupational health. Her work has been published in journals such as Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Relations Industrielles, European Management Journal, and Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines. Caroline has also received several regional and national (ANR) grants for her research projects.
Caroline obtained her PhD from the University of Montpellier in 2005. Caroline often collaborates with international researchers and as a result, she has conducted “Visiting” stays at l'Université du Québec à Montréal and the University of Otago (New Zealand).
